The Search Is On!

So I am on a mission to find the perfect matte top coat for my nails! It's so hard to find the colours I love in a matte finish, so I have decided that the next nail polish I buy will be a matte top coat. I heard that E.L.F. has a pretty good top coat for about $2...I guess it can't hurt to try, especially with a price like that lol!
